Everyday Clout: What inspired you to start creating music?


Dee Wile: I’ve always had a love for music, but in 2014, everything changed. A close friend passed away, and it hit me hard. It made me realize how short life is. From that moment, I knew I had to pursue what I truly loved.


Everyday Clout: How would you describe your sound in three words?


Dee Wile: Inspiring, laid-back, soulful.


Everyday Clout: Who’s your biggest musical influence?


Dee Wile: Definitely Pharrell. His creativity and ability to stay relevant while evolving sonically is unmatched.

Everyday Clout: What moment made you feel like you were on the right path?

Dee Wile: When I got a DM from someone overseas who found my song “Going in for Life”. They said it spoke to them. Knowing my music resonated with someone I’ve never met was surreal.

Everyday Clout: Tell us about your latest project.


Dee Wile: My latest project, “Charge It to the Game”, dropped on January 3, 2025. It’s the 7th installment in my “Free Game” series, recorded between July and December 2024. It features Boosie Badazz and Juelz Santana. This album is all about motivation—pushing people to take that first step toward their goals.

Dee Wile: The “Charge It to the Game” tour kicks off January 25th in Daytona Beach, FL.

Everyday Clout: What’s one thing people don’t know about you as an artist?


Dee Wile: I’m also a producer. I love the post-production side of things and often assist other artists with their tracks.

Dee Wile: J. Cole. His music was the soundtrack to my adolescence.
