London Outshines Louisville: Convenience Draws a Bigger Crowd to Watch Beyoncé in the UK'

According to NBC News, it may be more convenient and cost-effective for fans to travel to London in order to see Beyoncé perform, rather than paying $800 to see her in Louisville, KY. This report is based on the prices of tickets for Beyoncé's upcoming "Renaissance World Tour”, which vary greatly depending on the location of the concert.

While fans in Louisville can expect to pay upwards of $800 for a ticket to see Beyoncé, fans in London may be able to find tickets for as little as $200. This price difference, coupled with the expense of travel, may make it a more attractive option for fans to make the trip across the pond to see the superstar perform.

Despite the added expense and logistics of traveling to another country, fans may find that the overall cost of seeing Beyoncé in London is less than what they would pay for a ticket in Louisville. This news may come as a surprise to fans who assumed that a concert in their own city would be the most cost-effective option.

Kylyn Schnelle, 28, looked at floor tickets for Beyoncé’s “Renaissance World Tour” stop in Louisville, Kentucky, where she lives, she found some seats that were being resold for over $800. Given the steep price tag, she decided to take a look at floor tickets in London to see whether she could find a better deal.

“When I looked in London, it was 167 pounds [about $200], and the flight was, like, $660,” she said. “I was like this is genuinely the same cost.”

Schnelle’s best friend lives in London, so, she said, it took “very little to convince” her to go.

“If you’re going to spend $800, why would you not milk it as much as possible?” she said, adding that she has the privilege to travel abroad for concerts because she is young and single and has a job that gives her paid time off.
